The loremasters of WoW: The War Within were especially excited about the Warband. However, it has now been revealed that the Warband’s major transmog feature did not make it into the game.

The pre-patch for WoW: The War Within introduced some fantastic features, including the Warband, along with minor quality-of-life updates such as camera collision adjustments. Despite these improvements, the Warband is still causing issues. The Warband Bank remains non-functional, and players are reporting that their currencies have disappeared when transferring through the Twisting Nether.
At least now, leather wearers can add plate items to their transmog collection. However, one significant transmog feature of the Warband is entirely missing, and this is not related to the set items.

Where are the Quest Transmogs?
Quests getting all armor/weapon Transmogs, current and retroactive, were working in Beta, now they're not. Seems to be going under the radar on the forums.

You can now easily collect transmog templates for cloth, leather, mail, and plate armor, in addition to your own armor class. This mechanic is expected to also include quest items, thanks to the Warband.
For instance, if a quest rewards a cloth chest item, the leather, mail, and plate chest items from that quest should also be added to your transmog collection.
However, players have found that this is not the case after the pre-patch. This is not a promised feature that was not delivered; rather, it’s what happened in the WoW beta: The War Within still functions.
The reason for this issue is that The War Within pre-patch is based on an old PTR build, not on the beta server data. This is also why so many other problems are occurring in the pre-patch.
Questers who have worked hard to achieve the Loremaster title, for example, are frustrated that this Warband feature has not been implemented yet. Just like with the heirlooms, players will likely have to wait until the release of The War Within for this feature. The developers at Blizzard have not yet addressed this issue.
