It seems that someone has pressed a button outside of the Cupertino offices, specifically in the part of the building where they manage Apple Music and everything related to the music service. If you’ve noticed something odd, don’t worry; it’s not just you or your phone. The platform is experiencing a strange issue that is affecting the profiles of several Spanish artists like Melendi, Becky G, and Morat.

So, what’s happening with Apple Music? For the past few hours, the service has been filled with AI-generated songs, accompanied by unusual covers that were also created using artificial intelligence tools. The concerning part is that these songs are being uploaded to the profiles of artists like Morat and groups like El Canto del Loco.

This music makes no sense; it clearly falls outside the genres of the named artists, and even their names seem to be generated by AI. The worst part is that it’s not just one profile affected—dozens of musicians and singers are experiencing this issue.

Furthermore, according to what we read on Andro4All, users who follow these artists are receiving notifications that new music has been uploaded. In other words, it seems as if the artists themselves, or their record labels, are responsible for the releases.

Apple Music May Be Suffering From a Hack.

This situation is truly strange, especially since the problem is only affecting Spanish artists. This fact, along with the large number of profiles involved, could suggest a hack of Apple Music itself or possibly of the record label managing these profiles.

The songs don’t relate to each other, the names are quite odd, and the images used for the covers seem random. The most curious part is that Apple Music is including these tracks in the playlists of these artists, creating a lot of confusion for the users of the service.

At the time of writing this article, the company has not commented, so we will have to wait for it to be fixed or for someone to provide an explanation. Fortunately, despite the chaos, this issue does not seem to be affecting end users; it only impacts the artists and their profiles.

So, relax—El Canto del Loco and Melendi haven’t released any new songs. It’s likely just someone being silly or a strange glitch in Apple Music.
