In the night from February 6th to 7th, 2024, the Blizzard developers implemented a batch of hotfixes on the live servers of WoW: Dragonflight. Especially Fyrakk, the end boss of Amirdrassil, has been hit hard. Here’s the translated summary:
- Shamans: Primal Wave now travels faster to its target.
- Amirdrassil: The Hall of Fame is full, and the ‘Mythic’ difficulty level is now available for cross-realm raid groups.
- Fyrakk: The number of targets affected by Engulf in Flames has been reduced from 4 to 3 on the ‘Mythic’ difficulty. The health of Fyrakk and the Colossi has been reduced by ten percent each on the ‘Mythic’ difficulty. The health of Spirits of the Kaldorei and the Darnassian Ancients has been reduced by twenty percent each on the ‘Mythic’ difficulty. The Heart of Amirdrassil now starts the second stage with 60 percent remaining health. And: The number of Corrupted Seeds has been reduced from 2 to 1.
- Temple of Ahn’Qiraj: Prophet Skeram now respawns correctly when the encounter is reset.
- Vault of the Incarnates: An issue has been fixed that could prevent the Primalist Council from casting spells.
- Eternal Twilight: Murozond’s Relevation: An issue has been fixed where Dazhak would sometimes only target a player after their death while channeling Incinerating Exhalation.
- Items: Matrix Restabilizer: All effects have been reduced by 20 percent.

- Darnassian Ancient health reduced by 20% on Mythic difficulty.
- The Heart of Amirdrassil now begins stage two with 60% health remaining.
- Reduced the number of Corrupted Seeds created from 2 to 1.
- Temple of Ahn’Qiraj
- The Prophet Skeram now properly respawns when the encounter is reset.
- Vault of the Incarnates
- Resolved an issue that could cause the Primal Council to not cast spells.
- Dawn of the Infinite: Galakrond’s Fall
- Addressed an issue where Dazhak can sometimes snap to target player on death while channeling Incinerating Blightbreath.

Hotfixes are updates made server-side without the need for downloading new data. Some of the changes listed below take effect as soon as Blizzard implements them, while others take effect after a scheduled realm restart. Please note that some issues cannot be resolved without a client-side patch.
