The game Mortal Kombat 1 is currently available only in early access, which hasn’t deterred developers from implementing unofficial patches. In this case, the program unlocks 60 FPS in various sections and moments of gameplay.

Overall, the gameplay of the title runs at 60 frames per second without any difficulty. However, the menus, game modes, and some scenes are restricted to only 30 FPS. Therefore, this innovation manages to overcome this issue for those who find it bothersome.

As revealed by the patch’s author, the program makes the Main Menu display at 60 FPS. Similarly, the Invasion and Towers modes are also free from the 30-frame restriction. Furthermore, the character customization section is running at 60 frames per second.

However, where players are likely to notice the most significant change is in specific scenes. In this case, the introductions, fatal blows, and fatalities were subject to the same restriction and now they are displayed with a higher frame rate throughout gameplay.

It’s worth noting that Mortal Kombat will be globally available on Tuesday, the 19th, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X | S, PC, and Nintendo Switch. Moreover, some recently published videos showcase how the graphics are on the Big N’s hybrid console.
