Bose has announced its latest audio device, named Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones. With a premium appearance, typical of Bose products, the QuietComfort Ultra Headphones come equipped with a range of advanced features.
Specifications of Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones:
QuietComfort Ultra Headphones are the latest flagship series, replacing the Bose 700. One of its standout features is Immersive Audio, claimed to provide a broader soundstage, making music multidimensional regardless of the device used.
According to Bose, Immersive Audio makes spatial audio technology accessible to everyone. This effect is activated by an onboard IMU and the latest digital signal processing software developed specifically for QuietComfort Ultra.
There are two Immersive Audio options to choose from: Still and Motion. Still mode is suitable for stationary listening, like when relaxing. Motion allows audio to move with the user, ensuring it stays in front.
Bose has also integrated advanced ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) technology into these headphones. This feature relies on a combination of signal processing, chipsets, and high-quality microphones.
Not only does it provide better noise reduction, but it also supports Bose Aware Mode with ActiveSense. QuietComfort Ultra Headphones can distinguish the user’s voice from the 360-degree ambient sound, making calls clearer.
As for other features, Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones include three buttons: Power/Bluetooth Pairing, capacitive volume control, and specific shortcuts. There’s also a multifunction button for answering calls, changing modes, and more.
Additionally, it features LED indicators, a 2.5mm jack, and a USB-C port for charging. The battery is promised to last up to 24 hours with Immersive Audio off and up to 18 hours with it on.
Price of Bose QuietComfort Ultra:
For those interested, Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones are priced at $429. They come in two colour options: Black and White Smoke.
