The Big Difference Between 2022 and 2025
Back in 2022, Nvidia only released one high-end GPU (the RTX 4090) in the first five weeks. Five weeks later, they released another expensive model (the RTX 4080). That means gamers could only buy two types of GPUs during those first five weeks, both very pricey.
In 2025, Nvidia did things differently. They released four GPUs in the same five-week period.
