The Witcher franchise continues to captivate audiences with its constant updates and new developments. From announcements of anime series to discussions about actor changes, and now, the eagerly anticipated The Witcher 4, there’s always something new to look forward to.
Geralt’s Role: A Supporting Appearance
In the latest installment, Geralt will return, but not as the main character. Doug Cockle, who voices Geralt in English, has confirmed that while Geralt will indeed make an appearance, he will not be the primary focus. Cockle, however, has not revealed the extent of Geralt’s role, leaving fans in suspense.
As speculation swirls about who will take over as the lead character, many fans are turning their attention to Ciri, Geralt’s adopted daughter. Back in 2018, Cockle himself hinted that Ciri might step into the role of the new protagonist for the franchise. Unfortunately, CD Projekt Red has not yet provided official details on this.
