Some classes are astonished in the pre-patch of WoW: The War Within because there are issues with the talent trees.
Most WoW players have probably heard the saying “Never play on a patch day.” This advice applies to almost all major games. New updates often come with many unavoidable bugs, which has been a common issue in World of Warcraft since its early days.

In the past, technical problems were mainly to blame, such as underperforming servers, crashes, and malfunctioning internal systems. In recent years, however, additional errors that are not directly related to technical issues have also emerged.
WoW: Wrong Talent Trees and Talents
For example, if you participated in the beta for The War Within and are now playing on the live servers, you will notice changes to some classes. The talent trees and certain talents for Retribution Paladins, Enhancement Shamans, Survival Hunters, and Windwalker Monks are different from what was seen in the beta.
These are not new features that could not be tested in the beta. Instead, we are seeing outdated talents and trees that were replaced with new versions in the beta weeks ago.
It is possible that Blizzard decided to use the older versions instead. However, this seems somewhat pointless in some cases. It is more likely that the pre-patch is based on an older beta build, at least in part.
This situation means two things. Firstly, the affected classes will need to prepare for further changes in the coming weeks if Blizzard still plans to update to the newer versions. Secondly, it clearly indicates that Blizzard was under time pressure, as otherwise, they would have brought the current beta build to the live server, as they have done in the past.
