Thanks to data mining, we now have a preview of the new currencies in the co-op dungeons and raids of Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred.
The first expansion for Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred, is set to be released on October 8, 2024. It will introduce a new endgame activity to the game. As revealed in the Vessel of Hatred leak, this expansion will feature a raid-like experience. You will face powerful enemies in co-op play and receive substantial rewards for your efforts.

Information from content creators and data mining has given us some initial details about the raids in Vessel of Hatred. We currently know of a co-op dungeon where you collect two types of resources. These resources can be used to exchange equipment and potentially summon even stronger bosses.
Buy Sets with Citadel Coins?
Content creator Rob had the opportunity to preview the new resources “Citadel Coin” and “Khazra Horn.” The Citadel will likely be one of the new raids or co-op dungeons in Vessel of Hatred. Although these items are still placeholders (PH items), their purpose can be inferred.
You obtain Citadel Coins from the dungeon of the same name and can exchange them for items at a merchant. Players believe that these coins might be used to acquire set items.
In the same dungeon, you can collect Khazra Horns. According to the tooltip, these Khazra Horns can be used to craft boss materials for even tougher challenges.
This aligns with leaked information suggesting that the co-op dungeons will feature multiple difficulty levels. The Khazra Horns might be used to increase the difficulty and rewards of the mini-raids.
A current question is whether solo players will be able to find others for co-op dungeons using a group search tool. Ideally, a matchmaking system would be developed for this purpose.
