Capcom has said that Akuma, the fourth DLC fighter for Street Fighter 6, will come to the game in May. If players have the Year 1 Character Pass, they can get Akuma on May 22nd.
Like other DLC fighters, Akuma will be in all three Street Fighter 6 modes: World Tour, Fighting Ground, and Battle Hub. Also, players can get outfits for Rashid, AKI, and Ed in the character pack.

When Akuma gets added to Street Fighter 6, a patch will also bring the new Enma’s Hollow scenario. This is where the legendary fighter lives and trains. Also, there will be some changes to other characters to make the game more fair.
Since it started in June 2023, Street Fighter 6 has sold more than 3 million copies. Capcom wants to sell more than 10 million copies.

Capcom also said they will work with Legendary Entertainment to make a new live-action Street Fighter film. Legendary, known for making Dune and Godzilla vs. Kong, got the film and series rights from Capcom last year.
Last week, Capcom shared details about their games sold in the last year. They said Dragon’s Dogma 2 sold over 2.5 million units, which was one of the highlights.
