Rockstar is gearing up to reveal the highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto VI

Rockstar Games, a part of Take-Two Interactive Software Inc., is getting ready to reveal the next Grand Theft Auto game, which people expect to happen this week.

They also plan to show a video trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI next month to celebrate Rockstar’s 25th anniversary. Some insiders shared this information, but they want to stay anonymous because they’re not allowed to speak publicly about it.

Grand Theft Auto VI is a big deal for fans and investors. Its previous version, Grand Theft Auto V, is one of the most popular video games ever, with over 185 million copies sold. It’s only behind Minecraft in terms of sales because Minecraft is also available on phones.

Rockstar has been working on improving its work environment because employees were complaining about being overworked while making their last game, Red Dead Redemption 2, in 2018.

Hackers leaked early footage of Grand Theft Auto VI last year, and Rockstar said it was because of a “network intrusion.” They promised to properly introduce the game when it’s ready. Two teenagers in the UK were found guilty in a London trial for being involved in the hack.

The game is set in a made-up version of Miami and will have two main characters, a man and a woman, according to reports from the source.
