Vivo is preparing to launch a device from the Vivo X line in the Chinese market. However, there are conflicts as to whether this phone will be released as Vivo X100 Pro Plus or Vivo X100 Ultra, but the company is likely to follow tradition and opt for the former.

Since November of last year, leaks have mentioned that the Vivo X100 Pro Plus would be officially announced in April of this year. However, rumors mentioned a delay, with the possibility of the phone being launched only in the second half. Now, the informant Smart Pikachu has given a new launch prediction for the flagship.

In a post on the Chinese social network Weibo, the informant Smart Pikachu revealed that the Vivo X100 Pro Plus is scheduled to be launched in the second half of April and is not expected to be delayed. In addition to this information, he does not mention its specifications or price.

Rumors About Vivo X100 Pro Plus

According to rumors, the Vivo X100 Pro Plus or Vivo X100 Ultra will come with a curved E7 AMOLED screen from Samsung, 2K resolution, and a 120 Hz refresh rate. On the back, a 50-megapixel LYT-900 main sensor is expected, along with a 200-megapixel periscope, another telephoto, and an ultrawide.

Under the hood, it may come with 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM, 1 TB of UFS 4.0 internal storage, support for 100W fast charging and 50W wireless charging, but the battery capacity has not been revealed yet.

The device should also include features such as a USB 3.2 port, IP68 certification for water and dust resistance, stereo speakers, and be available in yellow, blue, and black colors.
