Although there is still no definitive solution, the company has already outlined an action plan. “Firstly, we plan to release a player list function for servers in an update at the end of February,” the post reports.

“Through this, we will strengthen the identification of cheating players and the suspension of their use by the development team. After that, we plan to introduce an external anti-cheating solution to combat especially frequent fraudulent activities and cheating… In addition to the above measures, we will continue to take strict measures against further cheating and fraudulent activities.”
The publication also clarifies that this applies to official servers ; For community servers , solo and co-op , the anti-cheat solution will be optional . So if you want to cheat with your friends, Pocketpair seems to be open to it. However, it was highlighted earlier in the publication that the company “ does not tolerate any fraudulent activity or cheating”, so it is still recommended to proceed with caution .
There are still no details on when the solution will be implemented.
With the popularity of Palworld , Pocketpair has faced difficulties on several fronts since launch, whether due to high server costs or a general lack of staff (which they are trying to expand).
