Huawei has announced the MatePad 11.5 PaperMatte Edition tablet. This tablet is synonymous with the recently launched MatePad 11.5 in Germany. So, here are some of the key features.
Specifications of the MatePad 11.5 PaperMatte Edition
According to Huawei, the most significant difference lies in the display sector. The MatePad 11.5 PaperMatte Edition comes with a new screen panel called PaperMatte. This screen panel is more eye-friendly due to the addition of a nanolayer with special anti-glare technology.
It can minimize light reflections and reduce eye fatigue for prolonged use. Furthermore, when writing with the second-generation M-Pencil stylus, the PaperMatte screen surface is claimed to provide a more natural sensation, much like writing with a pen on paper. As for the specifications, there are no updates.
The MatePad 11.5 PaperMatte Edition remains the same as the MatePad 11.5. Its 11.5-inch screen has a resolution of 1440 x 2200 pixels with a 120 Hz refresh rate. Meanwhile, its performance relies on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset. This chipset is supported by 8GB of RAM and internal storage with a capacity of 256 GB.
This tablet also features two cameras: an 8-megapixel front camera and a 13-megapixel rear camera. The battery is also substantial, with a capacity of 7700 mAh and support for 22.5W fast charging via a Type-C port.
