In recent weeks, various rumors about the Honor Magic 6 series have started circulating on the internet. A few days ago, the Honor Magic 6 Pro had leaked images, revealing its design.
Now, Honor has confirmed that their devices will come equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 platform and will feature a new AI assistant called YOYO, along with interactions based on the user’s eye movements through the Magic Capsule.
Honor has revealed that YOYO will have a language model with 7 billion parameters, allowing the user to perform complex tasks like asking questions, creating short videos, and receiving personalized recommendations without the need to send any data to the cloud.
Another interesting feature will be the Magic Capsule, which Honor claims to be a new way of interacting with your phone using your eyes. It will bring Snapdragon Seamless technology, but Honor has not yet detailed how it will work in the Honor Magic 6 series.
According to rumors, the Magic 6 series will consist of two phones: the Honor Magic 6 and Honor Magic 6 Pro. Recently, the latter had leaked images with a pill-shaped notch and is expected to feature the same 12-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and 3D ToF sensor as the Magic 5 Pro.
So far, Honor has not revealed the release date for the Magic 6 series, but it is expected to arrive in early 2024.
