Cooler Master is set to launch the Tempest GP2711 gaming monitor. Making its debut at Computex 2023, this monitor is expected to be available from early 2024.
Specifications of the Cooler Master Tempest GP2711
One of the standout features of this gaming monitor is the Mini LED VA panel technology it employs. Thanks to this technology, the monitor can deliver high contrast ratios and brightness levels.
In HDR mode, the Tempest GP2711’s contrast ratio can reach up to 3,000,000:1. Meanwhile, its screen brightness can go up to 1500 nits.
Despite offering very high brightness, gamers need not worry about eye strain. This monitor comes equipped with Low Blue Light and has received the Flicker-Free certification from TUV Rheinland.
As a gaming monitor, the Tempest GP2711 also offers high resolution and a fast refresh rate. The 27-inch monitor comes with a QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a 165 Hz refresh rate. To provide a smoother gaming experience, it also supports AMD FreeSync Premium Pro technology.
In terms of colour, the Tempest GP2711 supports Adobe RGB 93.5% and DCI-P3 95% colour gamut coverage standards. It is suitable for creative content creation.
Other features of this monitor include two integrated 2W speakers. Cooler Master has also added a cooling system behind the panel, ensuring it remains cool for extended gaming sessions.
