Huawei Honor is set to unveil the Honor 100 lineup in China on November 23rd, consisting of two devices: the Honor 100 and Honor 100 Pro. Recently, they received certification from the Chinese authority 3C, featuring support for 100W fast charging.
Huawei Honor 100 Specs Revealed
Now, an informant has revealed some specifications of the Honor 100 series, shedding light on the screen, chipset, and camera. In a post on Weibo, Digital Chat Station disclosed that the Honor 100 lineup will sport a 1.5K resolution display with a 3,840 Hz PWM. Under the hood, the standard variant will feature the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, which hasn’t been officially announced yet. (Source: MySmartPrice)
The platform is expected to carry a primary core clocked at a maximum frequency of 2.63 GHz, while the performance and efficiency cores should run at 2 GHz and 1.8 GHz, respectively. It’s also slated to come with the Adreno 720 GPU, promising significant advancements over the Snapdragon 7 Gen 2.
Digital Chat Station also claims that the Honor 100 Pro will come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 platform, reaffirming the presence of 100W fast charging support, as previously revealed by the 3C certification.
Camera Details
Regarding the camera setup, both the Honor 100 and Honor 100 Pro are expected to feature a 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilization. In the image released by the company, it’s apparent that the former will have only two sensors, while the latter will come with three.
