Epic Games Publishing and Remedy Entertainment have announced that Alan Wake 2 will receive a New Game Plus mode after its release. In this mode, you will retain all weapons and upgrades obtained, be able to play at a higher difficulty level (Nightmare), and experience a new alternate narrative, including new pages of the Manuscript and additional video content.
“The New Game Plus in Alan Wake 2 is an additional layer to the existing experience. This has always been part of the plan. I’m very happy that we can give you a reason to return to the experience after playing it,” said the creative director, Sam Lake.
