Apple Invites lets you plan a gathering and share it with friends and family. You open the free app, tap Create Event, and then name your party. Next, you choose the date and time and set the exact spot using a map search. After that, you add a description so guests know what to expect. You can also ask Apple Music to make a shared playlist. Then you preview the invite and tap Next to reach the part where you add guests.
Adding Photos, Music, and Shared Albums
You can also choose a background picture or omit it to simplify matters. In case of music, you will first need to create a Music Profile on the Music app. That profile allows you to share playlists and the things friends share with you as well. With all these things, you can create an album in Photos to share photos after the event. Visitors will have an opportunity to add images directly to such an album when using an iPhone and Apple Photos.

Choosing Guests and Sharing Links
Next you decide how much contact information those guests can see. You choose to share all your contacts or just some you pick. Then you tap Choose a Guest and select each name. The app sends a special iCloud link to each guest by Messages or Mail. It is best to add a short note so they know the link is real.
What Guests See and How to RSVP
When guests tap the link, it opens in Safari on their device. iPhone users may see an iCloud sign-in prompt. They can skip it by tapping the small X or scrolling down to fill in just their email. Android users also see the invite in the browser. They pick Going, Maybe, or Not Going. Everyone is then added to the list that you can view in the app.

Using Calendar With Invites
After you send the invite, you can add it to your own Calendar. Tap the Calendar icon at the top of the event in Apple Invites. You then confirm and allow the app to access your calendar. The event appears in your Calendar for easy reminders. Guests can do the same if they use iPhone Calendar.
Apple Invites taps into Maps for location, Music for song lists, Photos for shared albums, Contacts for guest lists, and Messages or Mail for link sharing. It makes managing RSVPs and event details very clear. As Apple rolls it out across more regions, it will get smoother. Soon, you may find that this app is a major help in planning your next get-together.
