ASUS has just launched the ZenBook 14 Air, a laptop that redefines portability without compromising on power. With a CNC-milled one-piece metal body that embodies minimalist aesthetics, the ZenBook 14 Air is available in two striking color options: Snow White and Mountain Gray. The innovative hidden hinge further enhances its clean, modern look.

Stunning OLED Display

Upon opening the lid, users are greeted by a 14-inch Lumina OLED panel with a resolution of 2.8K (2880×1800) and a buttery-smooth 120Hz refresh rate. The display, with its 0.2ms response time, delivers a sharp, vibrant visual experience. It boasts a peak brightness of 600 nits and a contrast ratio of 1,000,000:1, making it perfect for vivid imagery. Additionally, the screen supports a 10-bit color depth, 100% DCI-P3, and 133% sRGB color coverage.

For eye comfort, the display is certified by TUV Rheinland and SGS for low blue light and flicker-free performance, ensuring long hours of viewing without strain. The 5.9-inch touchpad offers enhanced usability, while the 1080p front camera ensures high-quality video calls.

Powered by Intel Core Ultra 7

At the heart of the ZenBook 14 Air lies the Intel Core Ultra 7-258V processor. This 8-core, 8-thread powerhouse features a maximum turbo frequency of 4.8GHz and second-gen Xe core graphics. With 115 TOPS of AI performance, it offers the highest AI computing power on the market, far outpacing competitors like the Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite, which clocks in at 45 TOPS.

Paired with 32GB of LPDDR5x RAM running at 8533MT/s and a 1TB PCIe SSD, the laptop is built for high-performance multitasking. Its TDP of 28W is efficiently managed by dual fans, ultra-thin vapor chambers, and a geometric grille design that helps keep the laptop cool. ASUS claims that during lighter workloads, the laptop runs quietly at below 25dB, thanks to its smart cooling technology. The innovative vent design also prevents dust particles from entering the system.

Long-Lasting Battery Life

Despite its ultra-thin design, the ZenBook 14 Air packs a powerful 72Wh battery, delivering up to 22 hours of usage on a single charge. This extended battery life is ideal for users who need a machine that can keep up with their demanding schedules without frequent recharges.

ZenBook 14 Air’s exceptional blend of performance, portability, and cutting-edge display technology makes it a strong contender in the ultraportable laptop market. ASUS has truly pushed the boundaries of what a thin and light laptop can offer.

For those interested, the ZenBook 14 Air is now available for pre-order and will officially go on sale starting September 24 at 0:00. Its combination of an AI-powered Intel Core Ultra 7 processor, stunning OLED display, and extended battery life make it a must-have for power users on the go.
