For nearly two weeks, the Infernal Hordes in Diablo 4’s Season 5 worked well. But now, the Rogue Lite feature is causing more issues. Recently, we reported on invincible enemies, and now more players are complaining about getting stuck in the Infernal Hordes.

In this mini-event, players must defeat several waves of enemies. However, new waves often stop appearing during the event. As a result, the player gets stuck and has to quit.
Constantly Getting Stuck in Infernal Hordes Events
What causes this bug is still unknown. Some players say the error happens to them a lot. One Reddit user mentioned that the event always stops halfway through for them now.
This is frustrating because Infernal Hordes are a great way to get equipment in Season 5. Also, the resources used to start the event are lost when this bug occurs. The only solution is to leave the dungeon or teleport out.
The Infernalhorde bug seems to happen more often in co-op play.
This can ruin the evening for teams playing together. Reports of the bug have been increasing for two days, but the developers haven’t commented yet.
We’re eager to see when they will fix this bug. Some of the Diablo team is currently in Cologne, where they are expected to share news about the upcoming expansion, Vessel of Hatred, at Gamescom.
