The image reveals that the device is likely to feature only a rear camera with flash and a plastic design with rounded edges. This suggests that it will be an entry-level smartphone offered at a low price.
As per 91mobiles, the CMF Phone (1) might come with some Gorilla Glass protection on its 6.5-inch IPS LCD screen, though the specific version hasn’t been confirmed yet. It is expected to be available in three colors: orange (as shown in the image), white, and black.
Additionally, the model is anticipated to be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity chip supporting 5G, running on the Nothing OS operating system with limited functionalities. It is promised to receive 3 years of Android updates along with an extra year of security updates.
The CMF Phone (1) is speculated to sport a 5,000mAh battery with 33W charging capability and is slated to be launched in India in the upcoming months with an estimated price of around 12,000 INR or approximately $145 in direct conversion, excluding fees and additional taxes.
Nothing has refrained from commenting on the leak, but the introduction of an entry-level cell phone would likely boost the company’s sales and revenue, especially in emerging markets.
