Samsung is holding a new event in collaboration with Fortnite to promote the Galaxy S24 Ultra. In this regard, players from Spain and Portugal will be able to represent their countries in a series of challenges through a competition. The winners will then have the chance to win various prizes, including the new flagship from the company.

This new event is called Samsung Galaxy Portals and its first phase is “Samsung Galaxy Portals Deathrun”. The first challenge will take place on a custom map, themed after the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 platform, in the South Korean model. From there, players must navigate obstacles while advancing through points from A to Z. The winner of this challenge will be the one who can complete the course in the shortest time and, as a result, they will be able to take home a Galaxy S24 Ultra.

Samsung’s Fortnite Promotions: From Odyssey Universe to Galaxy Z Fold 4 Island

Samsung has been using Fortnite to promote its devices for some time now. For example, they released a map called Odyssey Universe, which is inspired by their line of monitors. On that occasion, players could move through various different places, where the areas were named in reference to the various Odyssey models sold by the manufacturer.

In 2022, on the other hand, the item to get a map in the game was the foldable Galaxy Z Fold 4. As a result, an island was added to the game’s metaverse in reference to the device. As for the S24 Ultra, the in-person event will begin on February 18 at the Samsung Store Callao in Madrid.
