It has been a little over two months since Samsung introduced its foldable phones, the ‘Galaxy Flip5’ and ‘Galaxy Fold5.’ However, for many, the eagerly awaited presentation is that of the ‘Samsung Galaxy S’ series phones, which typically takes place in February. Yet, it appears that the wait for the new ‘Samsung Galaxy S24’ phones might not be as long as expected, as there are whispers that they could see the light of day in mid-January 2024.
Unconfirmed information currently points to the possibility of the new ‘Samsung Galaxy S24 series phones being unveiled on January 18, 2024, which would be earlier than in previous years. Indeed, even this year, Samsung presented its ‘Galaxy S23 series devices earlier than usual, on February 1st. Similarly, the unveiling of their summer foldable phones occurred half a month earlier than usual, at the end of July.
Rumours have also surfaced regarding the technical aspects of the ‘Galaxy S24.’ For instance, the Galaxy S24+ phones might feature upgraded LTPO displays, similar to the ‘Samsung Galaxy Ultra.’ It is also speculated that the ‘Galaxy S24 devices will have larger battery capacities and improvements in the camera segment, which seems quite likely. However, the biggest intrigue for now is whether Samsung will unveil a smart ring with the possible name ‘Galaxy Ring’ at its winter event, which is currently a topic of active discussion.
