Lenovo promises to impress the public during MWC 2024 with a different concept of a notebook. In this sense, the company is expected to present a model with a completely transparent OLED screen. Indeed, Samsung even showcased a screen with this type of technology during CES 2024.

In the case of the upcoming technology fair, Lenovo’s device concept comes with a fully translucent panel and a design practically borderless. When closed, the user can see the keyboard of the model very clearly. Without a doubt, it’s a device that should grab a lot of attention from the public.
For now, it’s still unknown what the technical specifications of this laptop are, but it should run Windows 11 as its operating system. Other points related to the design of the model may not deviate much from what Lenovo is already adopting in its traditional notebooks currently sold.
Although it’s something with the potential to catch the eye, there remains doubt about the possible applications of this technology. A notebook with an expandable panel, for example, has usage scenarios that are easier to imagine. Now, the expectation lies in the proposed use of a notebook with a transparent display and which audience it should be aimed at.
To see more about this concept, just wait until the start of MWC 2024, scheduled to take place between February 26th and 29th.
