Global Certification Unveils Nothing Phone 2a
The Nothing Phone 2a recently appeared on the regulatory authority TDRA’s radar. Its code signals it as the global variant. Anticipation is building for its official unveiling slated for the Mobile World Congress 2024 in February.
The Nothing Phone 2a found its listing within the regulatory body TDRA’s database under the code A142. Unfortunately, the documentation lacks details about its design and specifications. However, it confirms the smartphone’s nearing official debut.
Design Revelation and Tech Specifications
Last month, the design of the Nothing Phone 2a was revealed in a video on the X platform. In comparison to other models under the brand, this launch boasts a revamped appearance with a circular camera module housing two sensors arranged pill-shaped, alongside three GLYPH lights.
As previously hinted, the anticipation is that the Nothing Phone 2a will mark the company’s debut in the mid-range smartphone market. Under the hood, it might be equipped with MediaTek’s Dimensity 7200 platform coupled with 8 or 12 GB of RAM.
Other potential specifications might include an AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, a dual-camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel primary sensor, and an Android 14 operating system overlaid with the NothingOS 2.5 interface.
