Blizzard has officially revealed details about the new Diablo 4 class, Spiritborn. This will be the sixth character class in the game. What makes this class unique is that it is entirely new, unlike the other classes that have appeared in previous Diablo games. Spiritborn will be available to play with the release of the Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred expansion on October 8. Here is everything you need to know.

Details of Diablo 4: Spiritborn and Spirit Guardians
Spiritborn is an apex predator from the jungles of Nahantu. This new region will also be introduced with the upcoming expansion. The developers revealed that the people of Nahantu have formed a unique connection with the Spirit Realm, unlike anyone before them. They have also pledged to protect this realm.
A Spiritborn player can summon four animal spirits known as Spirit Guardians. These are Gorilla (Wumba), Eagle (Kwati), Jaguar (Rezoka), and Centipede (Balazan).
Each Spirit Guardian has unique traits that can greatly assist you in battle. This makes Spiritborn a versatile class that can adjust to various situations.
As explained by Blizzard Entertainment:
“The warrior sees her strength in the Gorilla, the hunter sees his speed in the Jaguar, the strategist sees their vigil in the Eagle, and the apothecary sees her practice in the Centipede and the decay it devours.”
Spiritborn warriors have impressive acrobatic skills and can perform three-hit combo attacks. They are experts in hand-to-hand combat, making them formidable in close-range battles. For defense, they can not only dodge or block incoming attacks but also redirect the force back at the attacker.

When Will the Spiritborn Class Arrive in Diablo 4?
Diablo 4 players will be able to play with the new Spiritborn class after the release of the Vessel of Hatred expansion. This major expansion for the game will be available on October 8. It is currently available for pre-order and provides instant access to various in-game rewards.
