Intel processors are available with Intel Core Ultra 5 125H and Core Ultra 7 155H options. For AMD processors, Ryzen 5 8645HS and Ryzen 7 8845HS are used. The processor is supported by RAM up to 32GB and storage space with a capacity of up to 1TB is available.
One thing that differentiates the Intel and AMD versions is connectivity. The Intel model gets additional support for Thunderbolt 4 technology which offers speeds of 40 Gbps for data transfer.
This feature is absent in AMD models. It’s quite a shame that HP doesn’t provide support for the latest USB 4.0 technology instead. On the AMD model, only a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port is available which supports 10Gbps speeds.
Other features on this laptop include a 5 megapixel IR webcam, Precision Touchpad, backlit keyboard and stereo speakers with support for DTS:X Ultra technology.
