This Is What the Secret Torture Chamber in Skyrim Looks Like
Reddit user “Xx_StevenHawking” shows how you can enter the true Chamber of Horrors in The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim. Like many secrets in the role-playing game, it hides behind a console command.

To reach this dreadful place, you must first open the console with the “^-key.” After that, entering “coc aaaDeleteWhenDoneTestJeremy” will teleport you to the chamber. The Reddit user finds three scantily clad individuals there, pouring coal into a furnace in a dark cave. Despite the room’s sparse furnishings, the game even lags there.

However, the torture chamber has more secrets to offer. If you interrupt the NPC named “TestJeremySmall,” he shrinks. Doing the same to “TestJeremyBig” makes him grow into a giant.

What’s the Deal With the Chamber of Horrors?
Inside the chamber itself, there are no signs indicating the purpose of the furnaces and NPCs. Presumably, Bethesda developers intended to test something for the finished game there. Even though the name directly suggests it, evidently, it wasn’t deleted afterward.
Comments under the Reddit post also discuss the room’s function. “dinowithissues” suspects that these three unfortunate souls are the ones responsible for getting Skyrim running with their furnaces. “crupp0” also claims that the giant NPC can sometimes appear in regular Skyrim territory. Undoubtedly, an unsuccessful attempt to escape.
