In addition to confirming that the Xiaomi 14 series is set to be officially unveiled on October 26th, the Chinese manufacturer also took the opportunity to announce that the smartwatch Xiaomi Watch S3 will also be part of the conference.
The event will take place in Beijing and is scheduled to start at 7 PM. Another detail revealed by Xiaomi concerns the official design of the watch, where we can see that the device will be available in black and silver, but consumers will have the option to purchase various colorful straps.
Furthermore, the Xiaomi Watch S3 will also allow for the crown to be replaced so that it can match the chosen strap colors. See below.
In terms of software, the Xiaomi Watch S3 will feature HyperOS, but it is still unclear whether it will be an entirely new system or just an interface running on Google’s Wear OS.
Expected specifications include a 1.43-inch circular AMOLED display with a slim bezel and a brightness of 600 nits. The watch will also have a heart rate sensor, the ability to monitor 100 exercises, and may come with an LTE version.
For now, the price remains a mystery.
