After a considerable hiatus, Acer has returned to the Android tablet market. The Acer One T9-422L has been officially announced, targeting the budget tablet segment.
Specifications of the Acer One T9
This tablet comes with an 8.7-inch display panel with a resolution of 1340 x 800 pixels. Overall, its dimensions are compact and lightweight.
Its body thickness is approximately 9 mm, with a weight of only about 345 grams. This puts it in the same class as the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, which was released earlier this year.
For performance, it relies on the octa-core MT8768 chipset from MediaTek. This chipset is paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage capacity. Another option is available with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. If that’s not enough, there’s also a microSD slot that can accommodate a memory card with up to 1TB of capacity.
In this tablet, you can also find an 8-megapixel rear camera. There are two front camera configurations: the 3GB/32GB model features a 2-megapixel front camera, while the 4GB/64GB model boasts a 5-megapixel front camera. This is sufficient for supporting calls and video conferences.
Other features include stereo speakers, a 5,100 mAh battery, running the Android 12 operating system, and supporting 4G LTE.
