The dating service “Tinder” had been talking about offering a new and more expensive subscription for a while. According to foreign media outlet “Bloomberg,” “Tinder” has officially launched its most exclusive subscription – “Tinder Select,” which will cost nearly $500 USD per month (or $6,000 USD annually) and will provide exclusive partner search features, as well as special matching options.

For now, the “Tinder Select” subscription plan is available to a very limited number of users, approximately 1% of active “Tinder” users. The company itself emphasizes that this new option is available to very active “Tinder” users, and it will help determine whether to offer the “Tinder Select” plan to a broader audience.

The company informs that the “Tinder Select” plan will grant access to exclusive features, including those that make it easier to view each other’s profiles and communicate. To apply for the “Tinder Select” subscription, users must meet five selection criteria. For example, they must have a verified profile picture, specify the reason for starting new relationships, add four additional photos, and list five things that interest them and significant life events thus far.

It should be noted that in addition to “Tinder Select,” the dating service offers three other premium subscription levels: “Tinder+,” “Tinder Gold,” and “Tinder Platinum.”
